Whole time Director

Mr. S. Seshadri as Director has an experience of about four decades and contributes immensely to the areas for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Finance & Administration etc. His association with SECL since 1985
He has extensive experience in EPC Projects, Company finance, Fund management, Infrastructure development etc.
With over three decades of experience, he played a pivotal role in managing large-scale projects, including the execution of a Sewerage Treatment Plant, major water supply plants etc. He is specialised in Civil Engineering and one of the two promoters of the SECL.

Mr. R. Sekar as Director has an experience of about four decades and contributes immensely to the areas for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, & Procurement etc. His association with SECL since 1985
He has extensive experience in Business development, EPC Projects with strong track record of driving, executing and managing the business turnarounds.
He is specialised in Civil Engineering and one of the two promoters of the SECL

Whole Time Director Cum CFO

Mrs. G. Sujatha as Chief Financial Officer, a commerce graduate has interest and experience for more than three decades in the varied areas of Administration, Accounts, Banking and Finance.
Experience of conducting meetings of the Board of Directors and shareholders.
She has strong organizational and time management skills, in depth knowledge of secretarial software, MS-Office, Excellent presentation, interpersonal & communications skills - both written & oral, excellent technical knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Company Secretary

Mr. Laxmikanth Tangudu, is a qualified Company Secretary and a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has comprehensive experience in Corporate Law, Regulatory Compliance, and Taxation.
He began his career in 2022 and has been associated with reputed firms and corporate entities, gaining expertise in Company Law, Corporate Compliances and Advisory.
He joined SECL in 2025 as Company Secretary, and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory, and corporate governance provisions.

Vice President – Operations

Mr. K. Thiyagarajan, Vice President- Operations, had an experience of about five decades in the area of Civil Engineering. His association with SECL since 1998
He is a very practical person and handled all site related activities including dealing with clients & subcontractor on day-to-day operations.
His guidance for SECL is not only in operations but also in fostering the growth of our company
He is one of the key players in the milestone of growth and development of SECL.

General Manager – Tendering & Co ordination

Mr. Saanakyan had an experience of about three decades in Civil Engineering. His association with SECL since 1998
He started his career with SECL as Engineer & grown along with the company. He handles complete tendering process from prequalification to tender finalization till award of contract.
He also expertise in finalizing civil subcontractors and give his support to all the projects.

Vice President (Business Development and Technical Advisor)

He has been associated with our Company since November 2020. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from P.S.G. Polytechnic Peelamedu, Coimbatore. He additionally holds Diploma in Industrial Safety and a Certificate Course in Automobile Technology from Annamalai University.
He is responsible for end-to-end proposal development process for large-scale water & wastewater EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory requirements. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of engineering.
He was previously associated with Best & Crompton Engineering Limited, Desicon Engineering Limited, RR Greenhands Infrastructure (India) Limited, Sri Siddhi Projects, Lakshmi Narayana Industries, Kirloskar Brothers Limited, G.E.T. Power Private Limited.

Vice President (Finance)

He has been associated with our Company since April ‘2025.
He holds Intermediate Examination Certificate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He is responsible for overseeing of Finance Department of the Company.
He was previously associated with Shri Dheekshit Securities (Madras) Private Limited as a Manager – Trading for 14 years.
He was also associated with Sooriya Hospital.
